It started with a dream project. Inspired by Spanish villas and the hot climate, they wanted to create their ‘little Spain’ in Poland. The search for the perfect space took several years, but when they found a plot of land near Wroclaw, they were sure this was it!
And so a modern building was erected, in contrasting colours of white and graphite, surrounded by a large garden and open space around the plot.
Such a modern design called for appropriate landscaping, so the builders decided to use outdoor porcelain stoneware tiles around the house, which stand out with their rich pattern and modern design. The 2 and 3 cm thick tiles were used on the driveway, pavements, garden paths, terraces, and balconies. As a result, investors can use the space while enjoying a product that is easy to maintain and extremely durable.
